The Baby Boomers are the largest generation in our history. And now, they are just beginning to approach retirement. Over the next 20 years this generation will surge into retirement. Marketing specialists, researchers, foundations and membership organizations such as AARP are already studying these soon-to-be-retirees, and with good reason. This generation has been known for breaking with tradition and charting new courses. This is the 60's generation that rebelled against authority, organized movements and changed the workplace. Now they give every indication of being a new breed of volunteer. This is a group that your organization needs to capture to continue your work.
This seminar will offer a panel of speakers knowledgeable on the subjects of Boomers and Recruitment. We’re pleased to announce that Wayne Taylor, Director of the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities, will be our featured speaker on this panel.
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the experts about the next generation of volunteers.
